Geomatics Honor Society (GHS) Protocol
1. No Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do not log IP addresses, browser fingerprints, email addresses, student IDs, or cookies. Submissions cannot be traced back to individuals.
2. Spatial Protection & Binning: Data is reported publicly in aggregated grid cells (25m to 100m) or generalized density surfaces. Cells with fewer than 3 responses are withheld from individual identification.
3. Non-Clinical Scope: This activity measures environmental and spatial qualities (e.g. shade, noise, crowding, aesthetics). It does not provide psychological assessments, diagnostic feedback, or healthcare monitoring.
4. Open Community Benefit: Collected spatial evidence is shared transparently with campus planning bodies to advocate for improved public benches, acoustic tree buffers, and safer walkways.
